Tonight, a new episode of Monday Night Raw is set to take place at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, SC. WWE has confirmed several matches for the show, but in the last few minutes, we have learned more details about other matches and plans the company has.
As is customary on Twitter every Monday, the user Boozer 666, a specialist in leaking WWE scoops and exclusive news, has provided some additional details about the show. According to their posts, tonight will feature a buildup to determine the new WWE Intercontinental Champion.
It appears that Ivar, Bronson Reed, The Miz, Shinsuke Nakamura, Ricochet, and Chad Gable will be involved in this storyline. It's worth noting that Ricochet has a scheduled match against Dominik Mysterio, so it remains to be seen what WWE will do in that regard. As for The Miz, there is speculation that he could start a rivalry with the members of DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa).
Reportedly, WWE will feature another match on Monday Night Raw. Sami Zayn and Damian Priest will face each other in a singles match. Both have been involved in a storyline that has also included the other members of Judgment Day, Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso. In fact, Cody Rhodes and Damian Priest are set to face off on Saturday at WWE Crown Jewel.
Boozer has also revealed that NXT wrestlers Ivy Nile, Blair Davenport, and Wes Lee will be part of the pre-show matches. They may compete in the dark match or during the tapings of WWE Main Event.
